For expanding our business both domestics and internationally, we are hiring one Legal Manager as following detail:

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including OEM/ODM agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supply chain contracts, and distribution agreements to protect the company’s interests and proprietary formulations.

  • International Trade & Compliance: Ensure all operations, imports, and exports comply with the laws and regulations of both Vietnam and our 50+ target international markets. Monitor changes in global food safety regulations and trade laws.

  • IP Protection: Manage and protect the company’s intellectual property portfolio and ensure robust legal safeguards are in place for the confidential formulas and brand identities entrusted to us by our international clients.

  • Corporate Governance: Advise the Board of Directors on corporate legal matters, internal policies, and labor law compliance, ensuring the company maintains its high standards of integrity and ethical operations.

  • Dispute Resolution and other: assigned by line BOD.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree or relevant certification in International Trade Law or Corporate Law is highly preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional legal experience, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or international trade environment.

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of Vietnamese corporate law, international commercial law, and contract drafting.

  • Language: Fluency in Vietnamese. Can use English is a great advantage.

  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
