Mid-Autumn Festival – A Celebration for Children
The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most anticipated celebrations for children in Vietnam. It is a time filled with colorful lanterns, the sweet taste of mooncakes, and the exciting beats of the lion dance drum. For many, it’s an evening of laughter, games, and parades under the bright full moon. However, not all children have the opportunity to enjoy these simple yet magical experiences. Some, especially those in difficult circumstances, can only dream of such moments.
A Meaningful Trip to Bong Lai Monastery
On September 23rd, the WANA Beverage team organized a special Mid-Autumn charity program at Bong Lai Monastery in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. This is home to more than 80 children who are being cared for and nurtured by the monastery. Our mission was simple but heartfelt — to bring warmth, joy, and a true festive atmosphere to the children during this special occasion.
We prepared gifts that represented the spirit of the festival: colorful star-shaped lanterns and traditional mooncakes. But we didn’t stop there. The WANA Team also rolled up their sleeves in the kitchen to prepare a menu every child loves — crispy fried chicken, golden french fries, flavorful sausages, and refreshing bubble tea. The aroma alone brought smiles to their faces even before the first bite.

When we saw the innocent smiles and sparkling eyes of the children, filled with joy and excitement, we knew our efforts were worth it. These were not just meals and gifts; they were moments of happiness and connection. For WANA Beverage, the Mid-Autumn Festival is not only a celebration but also an opportunity to share love and bring hope to those who need it most.
